Aligned Beacon Capital (ABC) is a public-market governance token for alignment research funding — 1 ABC = 1 vote.
ABC is a public-facing governance token, so as its price increases, more funding (bounties) can be paid out. ABC is also closely tied to tracking ongoing alignment research — a real-world link intended to discourage pump/dump behavior.
Private Capital — AIC
Aligned Institutional Capital (AIC) is a private-market governance asset for AI safety research funding — 1 AIC = 1 vote for new or continued alignment research funding.
AIC operates as a governance utility token that funds AI safety research through a transparent, performance-driven structure — milestone achievements (KPIs) trigger token releases to fund additional research, making each release 100% performance-based.
Treasury — SAT
Sovereign Asset Treasury (SAT) — as the protocol matures, it will move from using USD stablecoins exclusively to other sovereign stables. The SAT treasury reserve will evolve into a diversified basket of on-chain stablecoins, providing fiscal responsibility through diversification.
SAT implements the IMF SDR model — a reserve backed by a diversified basket of real-world-asset (RWA) sovereigns. Where Bitcoin’s volatility has prevented its use as stable money, SAT is designed to achieve stability through diversification instead.
The ASIP tri-token model — ABC for public alignment funding, AIC for private alignment funding, and SAT for treasury reserves — is designed as a fiscally responsible ecosystem where AI safety research can operate with the patient capital it requires, while maintaining regulatory compliance and market confidence.
